Risk disclaimer

Changed 28 August 2026 · about 3 minutes to read

This app records and grades your own trading. It does not give financial advice, it has no opinion about any market, and it cannot make you profitable.

Shown when the app is first opened, and kept in Settings. It is here as well because somebody deciding whether to pay should be able to read it first.

01Not financial advice

Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The app has no market data feed, no view on any instrument, and no ability to form one. Its coaching features describe your own past behaviour and nothing else. If you need advice, take it from somebody licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.

02Trading loses money

Most people who trade actively lose money, and the studies quoted inside this app are there so you can read the numbers yourself. You can lose more than you deposit with leveraged products. Only risk money you can lose without it changing your life.

03No guarantee of any result

Keeping a journal, following rules and using every feature here may not make you profitable. There is no study showing that it does, and this app says so on its own onboarding rather than implying otherwise. Past results. Yours or anybody’s. Do not predict future ones.

04Your orders are yours

The app never places a trade on its own. Where it can reach a broker, it does so only when you press a key, and only through software running on your own machine. You are responsible for every order that reaches your account, including any placed through this app’s exit keys.

05Software fails

This is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may contain defects. A lock may fail to lock, a guard may fail to fire, a connection may drop silently. Do not treat any feature here as the only thing standing between you and a loss. The app tells you when it cannot see your account precisely because you should not assume it can.

06The numbers come from your data

Every figure is computed from what you or your broker put in. Imports can be incomplete, fills can be misreported, and a trade you did not record does not exist as far as the app is concerned. Check anything that matters against your broker statement, especially anything you would file with a tax authority.

07Where your data goes

Until you sign in, the journal is a file on your own machine and nothing leaves it. When you sign in, the journal syncs to your account so a browser and any other machine you sign in on show the same record: your trades, day cards, grades, setups and goals. What never leaves this machine, signed in or not, is your broker login, your account number and the part that can place an order — that is a list in the source and the build refuses to send a column that is not on it. Separately, if you set up the coach, the messages you send and a summary of your trades go to the AI provider whose key you supplied; the app shows you exactly what would be sent before you send it, and nothing goes until you type a message.

08Tax is your responsibility

The export exists to save you retyping. It is not tax advice, it is not a filing, and the responsibility for what you declare is yours and your accountant’s.

These are the same words the app itself shows, in Settings. If the two ever differ, the app is right and this page is a bug — tell us and we will fix it.
